Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders placed at the Real Foger Vape Online Store are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive an automated notification with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Standard Domestic Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days nationwide via trackable carriers.
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days with priority carrier handling.
2. Age Verification Upon Delivery
Due to federal and state adult-signature requirements for vape products, an adult (21 years of age or older) with valid government-issued photo identification must be present to sign for the package upon delivery.
3. Domestic Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
We ship to eligible addresses across the United States. Please note that state or municipal laws prohibit us from shipping certain vape devices or pod systems to select restricted locations. Orders containing restricted items for those states will be canceled and refunded automatically.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking carrier link will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor your shipment status in real time.
